HOW TO FIND US
Situated just outside the beautiful village of Shrivenham, The Fat Dog is just minutes from Swindon, Highworth, Faringdon, Oxford and Lambourn. Just off the A420 the Fat Dog is also within easy reach of the M4 and M40.
Directions From Swindon - Follow the A420 towards Oxford for about 3 miles and turn right at the sign for Shrivenham and Lambourn (B4000) onto Townsend Road. Follow the road round for about half a mile and then turn right into Station Road. The Fat Dog is appox 2 minutes from there on the right hand side. Directions From Oxford - Follow the A420 towards Swindon for about 19 miles, arriving at the Watchfield roundabout (near to the Defence Academy), continue on to the A420 towards Swindon for another 4 miles, until you come to a left hand turn, signposted to Shrivenham and Lambourn (B4000) Turn right here into Townsend Road and continue as above. OPENING TIMES

Closed (except bank holidays or private parties)
Tuesday - Friday 12.00pm - 2.30pm and 7.00pm to 9.30pm
Saturday - 12.00pm - 2.30pm and 6.30pm to 9.30pm
Sunday - 12.00pm - 3.00pm (closed Sunday evenings)
Please note we're closed Christmas Day and Boxing Day |
